Young nurse-in-training who finds Neptune stuck headfirst in the ground near her home at the beginning of Choujigen Game Neptune. Compa is a polite and timid girl who can get tough when the going gets tough. Her choice in attire is what appears to be a wool sweater with detached sleeves, a rather short pleated, plaid skirt with kneesocks that are lined with hearts at the top. Her boots appear to be made of the same material as her sweater. She also wears a choker with a heart that has a "C" in it and carries a black hip purse that is adorned with hearts and also has a white "C" in a pink circle. Compa has long and curly pink/orange hair that is held back with a headband that also bears a "C." Her eyes are colored pink/orange as well, albeit in a slightly darker shade. Compa has a bust size that is comparable to Vert's and Magic the Hard's, as people always tend to comment that she's well-endowed for her age.

Compa is the personification of the game company Compile Heart, the publisher of the Neptunia series.
