Cielo is a stewardess and flight instructor for the squad.
Cielo has long parted blonde hair, yellow eyes and large breasts. She wears a blue jacket with a pin on the right lapel, a white shirt, white scarf, a blue garrison cap, white gloves, a blue pencil skirt with a side slit, black thighband pantyhose and a pair of black high heels. She has an earpiece in her right ear, a walkie-talkie and a thigh strap with a holster on her left leg.
