The eldest of all Sui siblings. Previously a martial artist instructor at the Yanese nomadic city Yumen, he came to Rhodes Island to visit his family and stays onboard as a visitor.
One of the main characters in the side story Where Vernal Winds Will Never Blow.
His voice actors are Seki Toshihiko (JP), Zhao Ling (CN-Mandarin), Jia Qiu (CN-Wuhanese), Yong Yea (EN), and Goo Ja-hyung (KR). His art designer is KuroBlood.
