chloe (nikke)
A character in Goddess of Victory: Nikke.
A young girl who became friends with Guillotine. It's from Chloe that Guillotine got all her chuunibyou mannerisms as well as her pet name for the Commander, "Partner."
During an incident involving an irregular Nikke, Guillotine hesitated, resulting in the deaths of eight people and twenty more injured, including a comatose Chloe, something which Guillotine blames herself for. By the time she works up the courage to visit Chloe again, she has now grown into a young woman who doesn't hold Guillotine responsible for what happened that night.
