A pair of phrases based on Circle Bitch Bokujou's 2007 Lyrical Nanoha doujin, "Chotto Bitch na Fate Mama". One of the two is sometimes omitted.
In the story Fate Testarossa vowed to Nanoha in her mind that she would never surrender to the dick of an old fat mama's boy. Just three pages later, she accepted her surrender to his penis. When the images were posted to Futaba Channel, they omitted the two pages in between and made the scene more funny.
It is a subset of the "almost comically instant loss" (即堕ち) meme/fetish, along with the infamous instant loss and rape fetish works.
