Tag used for Cecilia from Fire Emblem, specifically when dressed in her winter attire from the Fire Emblem Heroes 2018 Gifts of Winter banner’s associated Tempest Trials event.

Can typically be identified thanks to the attire's characteristics: a red dress with white fur trim, a red fur trim cape, a yellow and green sash attached to a white bag containing gifts, and red boots with Star-shaped buckles.
