Burgh, known as Arty (アーティ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Black and White.

With Bug-type Pokémon as his eternal muse, this Castelia City Gym Leader and accomplished artist lives life at his own pace, keeping an open mind to new discoveries (official bio). His signature Pokémon is Leavanny.

He has green eyes and wavy shoulder-length brown hair with parted bangs. He wears a v-neck green shirt with an undershirt, a red scarf, a brown belt, vertical-striped pants, green socks, and shoes
