BB Swimsuit MoonCancer in her Third Ascension swimsuit from Fate/Grand Order.

Her hairstyle returns to normal, but the hair length grows significantly longer. She wears a black vampire-styled coat with a large popped collar, a white leotard, a red bowtie, white gloves, and red high heels. She is also accompanied by a series of demonic black, red and yellow tentacles due to the connection she made with Nyarlathotep. She always wears this Ascension's swimsuit during her Noble Phantasm, Cursed Cutting Crater. While she is more playful in her first two Ascensions, she is evil in this one.

In the absence of outerwear, this costume can be distinguished from her default attire by the length of her neck ribbon and the halterneck design of her collar, as opposed to her non-summer version having a sleeved shirt.
