ball gag
A ball gag is a device used to restrict speech. It consists of a small ball, usually rubber, that fits in the subject's mouth, and two straps on either side of the ball that connect behind the subject's head, securing the ball in position.
If the ball gag has holes on it, also tag with wiffle gag.
