Angela Belti is a large Italian woman who falls in love very easily. She fights using her brute power, body, and whip, and also sings in a band of musicians. In the very first game, she had a very muscular body, likely meant to parody wrestler-type characters. In the sequel, she was redesigned closer to her official artwork to where she looks more feminine.

She has two grand aunts, Elizabeth Belti and Sandra Belti, who have made a debut in the latest game in the series, Gouketsuji Ichizoku Matsuri Senzo Kuyou.
