A speculative evolution story by C. M. Koseman. Starting out with the colonization of Mars, the book chronicles the genetic development of humanity until they eventually encounter a far older alien species known as the Qu, who aggressively transform humanity into a wide variety of new and often bizarre forms.
The story was originally obscure until June 2021, when the YouTube algorithm directed viewers to a video by the channel Alt Shift X summarizing and discussing the story, leading to a surge in popularity and memes.
