The Adepta Sororitas (Sisters of Battle) are a Warhammer 40K tabletop army. Generally considered the female equivalent to Space Marines, in that they are warrior nuns divided into chapters, wearing power armor and wielding bolters. The Sisters of Battle are considerably more fanatical than their male counterparts, making greater use of religious iconography and symbolism.
