焼き土下座 (Yaki-dogeza) or "Roasting Kneeling" is a reference to a scene in the manga Kaiji where Tonegawa Yukio is forced to prostrate himself on a burning hot iron plate to beg forgiveness from his boss Kazutaka Hyoudou for losing to Itou Kaiji, badly burning both his hands and his forehead as a result.
