Vali is Baldr's youngest sister, whom Vali looks up to and is extremely protective of. Known as the "Goddess of Vengeance," she has a childish, vindictive personality who will never stop fighting until she has fulfilled her vengeance against anyone she declares her enemy. As a matter of fact, the more she loses, the stronger she becomes, eventually overwhelming the object of her vengeance.

Notably, she is often seen holding a doll shaped like Baldr, which she utilizes as her weapon: It is capable of growing to a gigantic size and is able to shoot lasers from its eyes.
