An ongoing manga by Toshio Sako which has been running in Weekly Young Jump since 2006. Sako's debut work. The story surrounds a group of professional gamblers who bet their lives into any game. Each participant tends to represent an organization and specializes in a particular form of cheating, an expected norm for their bets.
The title's namesake is Madarame Baku's specialty, or to have people "chew on their lies".
