Side character in Seitokai Yakuindomo. Toki (or Tokki as nicknamed by her friend Tsuda Kotomi) has a tomboyish and delinquent-like personality and appearance, but she's actually quite clumsy and often fails miserably at simple tasks. She struggles to handle Kotomi's perversions, which make her a constant victim of the Student Council's shenanigans. She has medium-length black hair often kept in a short ponytail with one of her bangs covering her right eye.
Her full name is later revealed to be Toki Kaoru as she appears in later manga page illustrations.
