A young superintendent transferred into the Fuuto Police Department to deal with the increasing cases of Dopant attacks. He also bears a personal vendetta against a Dopant that murdered his family.
With help from a mysterious veiled woman only known as Shroud, he is given the AccelDriver belt to transform into Kamen Rider Accel.
