Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese aircraft carrier Souryuu. Character design by Shibafu, voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
She is portrayed with short dark blue hair tied into twintails, blue eyes, and large breasts. Her default outfit, fitting of her name ("Azure Dragon"), consists of a green kimono top with wide sleeves, dark blue pleated skirt, dragon horn-themed hairclips for her twintails, flight deck apron, white socks, rudder sandals, and yugake.
Her rigging consists of a quiver with a radio mast to her back, and her real-life flight deck on her right arm.
She, along with Hiryuu and Unryuu, have been nicknamed the "fluffy dragons" because of their generally soft and womanly appearance, in part to their considerably large breasts, and the fact that the "-ryuu" in their names translate to "Dragon".
