せいりゅうさん せいりゅう(しせいさん)

A member of Shisei-sans, a subteam of Nijiura Chinese Maids.
The name came from Shisei-juu, one of the Japanese names for The Chinese Four Symbols.
She has blue eyes, long blue hair blue skin and antlers.
