Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light carrier Ryuujou. Character designed by Kuuro Kuro, voiced by Hidaka Rina.
She has long brown hair tied into twintails, brown eyes, and a flat chest. Her default outfit consists of a maroon/dark red kariginu-like vest over a white shirt, black pleated skirt, a magatama necklace, visor cap patterned off her real-life bow, thigh straps holding anti-aircraft guns, white socks, and platform footwear. She emits blue flames with text reading "Imperial Edict" which is how she launches aircraft from her flight deck scroll.
She talks in Kansai-ben. She is often nicknamed "RJ" and, with her cap, somewhat resembles a McDonald's worker. Near-constant victim of flat chest jokes in fanworks. Ironically, in game she is proud of her "distinctive silhouette" and never seems envious of other girls' bosoms.
