An illustration contest, themed on battle heroines in mythologies and fairy tales, held by Pixiv and 2.5-Jigen TV internet television company from October to November 2012.

The contest ran from October 11 to November 28, 2012. Entries were tagged with プリンセスロワイヤルイラストコンテスト. The goal was to "draw an original fairy tale or mythologically-themed heroine in a modern, fantasy, or even science fiction setting. For a given character, multiple winners could be selected.

Like many Pixiv contests, non-winning entries were often taken down by artists after the contest period ended, leaving Danbooru and similar archive sites as one of the only places preserving the works.

Contest Results
