The 3rd costume of hololive EN's Ninomae Ina'nis.
It is based on three foreigner-class (Lovecraftian) servants in Fate/Grand Order designed by her artist Kuroboshi Kouhaku. It consists of a black tilted hat, a short print dress with the same pattern as Katsushika Hokusai's kimono, a two-tone black and white coat with mismatched puffy long sleeves taken from Abigail Williams, and a genderswapped Jacques de Molay, mismatched black and white gloves and black boots.
For her official hairstyle in this costume, she has her done in wavy low twintails.
