Nevada has long blonde hair with some hair over one eye and yellow eyes. Her uniform is cowboy western-styled, featured what appears to be tanned-hide on her puffy short sleeves, fingerless gloves and overskirt, with fringe trim on these pieces. Under the western outfit pieces, she wears a corset-like strapless white shirt, a pencil skirt, black thighhighs with garter straps. She also wears red rudder, and red ascot.
Her rigging is a split-ship design, with her bow section on her left, and her stern section on her right. On each hull, a unique arrangement of one triple barrel turret and one superfiring twin turret. On her back, her superstructure can be seen, as mechanical crane. She has several battleship shells carried in a utility belt.
