ナムリス 神聖皇帝

Antagonist in Miyazaki Hayao's Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa manga (did not appear in the movie). He is known for wearing a eyeball-festooned helmet that provided him with all-around vision. He also used a staring-eye motif on his accouterments.
