The 4th/Cheerleader costume of hololive's Momosuzu Nene, debuting on June 10th, 2023. Unlike her past outfits that were designed by her original artist (Nishizawa), this one was designed by Anmi.
It consisting of a pink sideways visor cap, a frilled pink choker, either a cropped white tank top with her name written on it with a pink frilled sash going from her right shoulder to her left armpit or a white long-sleeved off-shoulder shirt, pink arm garters and wrist cuffs, a layered pink frilled miniskirt with a waist bow and a Nekko doll, white thighhighs and white boots inline skates.
For her 3rd anniversary on December 2023 she got an optional red fur-trimmed capelet with a brown ribbon and a crown formed by multiple Nekko. On May 2024 to celebrate her 1000th video on YouTube she got an optional blue cropped shirt with puffy long sleeves with "NEMUSUGII 5" printed on the center and a pink frilled choker.
She has 3 different official hairstyles with this costume:
- Medium-to-long wavy blonde hair tied into a one side up with a single hair ring held with a hair bow with a peach hair ornament and multiple hairclips, including 2 heart-shaped ones and one with her name
- Twin-drilled medium blonde hair with long sidelocks and blunt bangs tied into two pink ribbons adorned with pink flowers
- Long messy blonde hair with long sidelocks that fall over her shoulders
