Lia Parapara Leazas' personal handmaiden, and the secondary antagonist of Rance I and its remake.

Despite her seemingly low station, Maris secretly handles many of Lia's more private affairs, acting almost as much of a ruler as Lia herself. She is so undyingly loyal to her queen that many believe she has romantic feelings for Lia.
