Millie (Mahoustars)'s OC, who also functions as their Indie Virtual YouTuber persona. They are a magical enby of feminine appearance.
Their very long wavy pink-and-yellow gradient hair is tied into twintails with pink bows and decorated with stars. They also have sidelocks, blunt bangs and yellow eyes with stars in them, along with cat ears (with fluff) and tail with a ribbon and a bell.
When transformed, they can be seen wearing a pink choker with frills and a bell, a white shirt with tied puffy short sleeves and a frilled pink sailor collar, a pink bowtie with a star-shaped brooch, white fingerless gloves, suspenders, a pink overskirt, a short white bubble skirt, a pair of pink striped thighhighs and pink shoes with bows.
Note that the artist consistently refers to the character as nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns for them - that being said, they do occasionally call Magical Star feminine terms such as "magical girl" and "catgirl", likely out of convenience.
