“Madame”, also known as Cyborg 0012, is a beautiful middle-aged woman. She has long green hair, purple eyes and large breasts. She wears a purple dress that appears to be very old. Madame is a kind, accommodating, polite but enigmatic woman. Once her identity is revealed she shows her true sadistic and manipulative personality. She was turned into a cyborg by Black Ghost.
