One of the main protagonists from the Mega Man Battle Network series. Only son of Yuichiro Hikari and Haruka Hikari. Mayl Sakurai has a crush on him, and a time skip reveals that both marry and have a son named Patch. ("Raito" in Japan)

Lan operates the NetNavi MegaMan.EXE, who was created by his father using the DNA of Lan's twin brother, Hub Hikari.
