栗林 志乃（くりばやし しの）
Character from Gate - Jieitai ka no chi Nite Kaku Tatakaeri.
24 years old. Sergeant First Class of the Ground Self-Defence Force. One of the female members of the Third Recon Team.
Her appearance in the manga is very rough, gritty, somewhat muscular. This was changed in the anime making her short, petite and rather stereotypically "cute." In both though she is somewhat short with relatively large breasts. She also has a martial arts emblem.
In the manga, Shino is hot-headed, violent, prone to outbursts, destructive, impulsive and dull, if not just stupid. She ignores orders, berates those around her, acts on emotions, and also physically attacks those she doesn't like, creating multiple situations that should result in her court martial and possible execution, but she always escapes repercussions.
