Kanji Kokuin is a blood relative of the Gouketsuji family who was at one point married to Oume, but due to the abuse he suffered, he soon divorced her. As such, he wanted revenge. He is a perverse old man who loves seeing girls in pretty dresses and employs crude and sometimes gross attacks, such as farting at his opponents or attacking them with his loincloth. He also is able to transform into a hulking, muscular version of himself.
