Miserable Rain Maker
An ame-onna and the stage 2 boss of the Touhou fangame concept, "Reawakening of Youkai Mountain". Her ability is causing rain to fall, but her self-appointed ability is causing miracles.
She has light blue skin, short, blue hair and wears a rain hat with a blue ribbon on top. She wears a blue raincoat and an umbrella-shaped skirt with a raindrop print pattern on it. She also wears rain boots and is usually seen carrying a blue umbrella.
She is good friends with the chimera tsukumogami Asahi Nagashirokawa, and they can both be found frequenting a place known as the Monochrome Forest.
