Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Kinu. Character design by Konishi, voiced by Nomizu Iori.
She has short red hair, orange eyes, and medium breasts. Her base outfit is shared with her sisters Yura and Abukuma: a buttoned white shirt with light green sailor collar, light green pleated skirt, and black knee boots.
Her rigging consists of four 14 cm single gun mounts (two on her wrists, two on her rig), held by a funnel piece to her back.
Personality-wise, she is an energetic girl, a prankster, especially towards the Admiral, and a joker who just wants to make others laugh. Although she is named after a river, her name literally means "angry oni", which explains her arms-up pose in her base art.
