ANN entry (external link) says his given name is Tsuyoshi, which is probably wrong. Both Danbooru post #1370179 and Danbooru post #214292 says Takeshi (which is an almost equally common reading of the 剛 character in his name). The same two posts disagree, however, on his surname: Kawata or Kawada?
