A Scorpio Worm (スコーピオワーム, Sukōpiowāmu) mimicked Tsurugi Kamishiro (神代 剣, Kamishiro Tsurugi), who was a 20-year-old heir of the Discabil family. He gained the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Sasword (仮面ライダーサソード, Kamen Raidā Sasōdo, Masked Rider Sasword).
