Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Isuzu. Character design by Kuuro Kuro, voiced by Iguchi Yuka.
She has long dark blue hair in twintails, and blue eyes. Her default outfit is shared with her sisters Nagara and Natori: a white shirt with a brown sailor collar and detached sleeves, white hair bows for her twintails, brown neckerchief, red pleated skirt, white thighhighs, and brown shoes.
Her rigging consists of her funnels to her back, connecting platforms that have her 12.7 cm twin gun mounts, 25 mm anti-aircraft guns, and 61 cm twin torpedo tubes, and a searchlight and 12.7 cm twin gun mount on a bullpup stock.
Initially infamous for her low remodeling level (12), she became valuable for farming, which can give you a radar and enhanced AA stats if used as modernization fodder.
