Character in Seitokai Yakuindomo. Hata leads the Newspaper Club at Ousai Academy. While not as overtly perverted as the Student Council girls (save for Suzu), she is utterly amoral and will do anything for a scoop or things that will sell - much to Amakusa Shino and Tsuda Takatoshi's dismay and Disciplinary Committee leader Igarashi Kaede's anger - who also happen to be her most frequent targets. She has short green hair with a hairclip exposing her forehead, and is often drawn without a nose or mouth.
