A character created by AC Japan for a public service announcement series called あいさつの魔法 (The Magic of Greetings). She is a mouse with mouse ears that double as rice bowls. Unlike her mother, Itadaki Mouse, both of her rice bowls are empty. Her name is a portmanteau of gochisousama and mouse and translates to "I'm Finished Mouse."
