The combined form of the Five Guardian Beasts in Kyouryuu Sentai Zyuranger, better known to American viewers as the Dino Megazord. Daizyuzin is a sentient super robot that can actually speak, unlike the Dino Megazord, which is merely a mecha.
While Daizyuzin would return many times after Zyuranger in crossovers, his appearance in No.1 Sentai Gozyuger, wearing a cloak, garnered a lot of attention due to how cool he looked. Additionally, the show would see the first appearance of the merch-exclusive Black Daizyuzin.
