CUL is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed by Internet Co., Ltd. in collaboration with VOCALO Revolution, and was released for the VOCALOID3 engine. She was initially introduced as VOCALO Revolution's mascot before receiving a Vocaloid voice bank.
CUL was released without background information. She later received information updates through out the years, notably new siblings WINDCUL, WhiteCUL, MOONCUL, BLACKCUL and Rosa, while she is sometimes referred to as RE:CUL or REDCUL to distinguish her from her sisters.
