Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese heavy cruiser Chikuma. Character design by Bob, voiced by Iguchi Yuka.
She has long black hair and brown eyes. Her default outfit consists of a green dress, black belt, single brown elbow glove on her left arm with an aircraft catapult, single black thighhigh on her left leg, and black knee boots.
Her rigging consists of all four of her historical 20.3 cm twin gun mounts on her right side (three on her thigh, one on her right shoulder), 61 cm quad torpedo tubes on her left thigh, anti-aircraft guns on her boots, and a seaplane cradle on her thighhigh.
Personality-wise, she is very, very obsessed with Tone, mentioning her in nearly all of her lines and addressing her as nee-san.
