Bruce Banner, Ph.D. is a character from the Marvel universe, an American theoretical physicist, famed for his work in the fields of nuclear physics and gamma radiation. An accidental exposure to gamma radiation lead him to develop a superpowerful alternate personality called the Hulk which appears when he gets angry.
