In the final tally of fan votes as noted on in the Bunkasha Official Illustrated Book series 004 showing stills from the game, Kei came in sixth place with 797 votes.
Even if Kei wasn't very popular in the original contests, she would become a playable character in the dating simulation game that followed Grand Prix, Find Love: Rhapsody.
