A fictional main antagonist character from the Gundam mechaverse. He first appeared in the Gundam 0083 OVA from 1991.
Anavel Gato is a very skilled and dangerous Zeon ace pilot nicknamed "The Nightmare of Solomon" by Earth Federation pilots.
His second name is literally translated as "CAT" in the Spanish language.
