She has long purple-grey hair tied into a side ponytail to her left with an ahoge on top, and purple eyes. She also has a very long hair ribbon on her right with two dangling anchors. Her default outfit consists of a grey mini hat patterned off her real-life bow, a military uniform with black trim that includes a double-breasted jacket, black armband with her real-life radar set, green pleated skirt, white thighhighs, single thigh strap, and rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of a hull piece with her real-life camouflage pattern, a large crane, a 12.7 cm twin gun mount, and a 25 mm triple anti-aircraft gun mount.
Her "familiar" is Nishikitaitei-chan, a flying boat nearly as large as herself that has a Rensouhou-chan-like face on its left side that she carries with her.
