A non-profit organization that creates public service announcements. One from 2011-12 called 'あいさつの魔法。' ('Aisatsu no Mahou.', 'The Magic of Greetings') featured characters with pun-based names and distinctive onomatopoeia, 'ポポポポ～ン' (Popopopoon). The original animated short is here. Artists started creating personification images of the animal characters after the short's incessant airing in the immediate aftermath of the 3.11 Earthquake, when most companies pulled their advertisement.
